CHASE CREDIT CARD STORY | I am sharing one of my shocking & amazing stories with chase credit card story during my trip.

WHAT
ARE THE AMAZING PERKS OF MY CREDIT CARD?
Do you
use credit cards to get points? So that you can either get flights
or gift cards, you know, they have cashback, they have several
different perks, credit cards, 3 days and about 6 months I think I have
only been using my credit card to get points.
I have
a Chase credit card where I can
get southwest points for flights. Now y'all southwest made me mad because I
went to purchase my flight to New York
for a trip and I'm going to be
taking or me and my sister to Dubai early part of next year.
And I
went on and got my connecting flight from Nashville to New York and then be
flying from New York to Dubai.
Well,
I'm gonna be flying to South with and I was able to get me a free flight, but I
had to pay the taxes and the taxes
were about maybe like $11 but I had a $53 I think credit on my account that I
have purchased a flight.
Then
they tried to say that it was expired. I'm like, Well, how has it expired?
Because this just happened back in, I think January.
So
how's it expired and they said it expired? I guess like within one year but I
think I had bought the flight maybe I guess they said I had bought the flight
in August of last year.
And so
it had been my that was my money. And if they would have just given me the
credit back on my card as opposed to for damn money that never expires.
I got
so mad at them and I was like I don't know if I'm gonna even use my Chase card anymore.
So
maybe like for the last two weeks. I haven't been using my card but it is not
really for that reason y'all thought I had lost the card because I thought I
had dropped it.
And so
the one good thing but I really liked the perks that a chase card has because I was able to lock the card, but I ended up finding it and I just haven't.
So I'm using my debit card. But for the last 6
months, I have only been using my credit
card.
Now the
first maybe 2 months. I was like I don't know about this because I was only
paying the bill at the end of the month.
And when
I was seeing what I was spending for a month I was like oh no, I don't think I
could do it.
So what
I started doing I pay the card off bi-weekly. So whenever I get paid that's when I pay the card off and then be working for me paying it off by week
now when you are doing credit card
churning or using the credit cards for points.
The
whole purpose of doing this is that you are getting the perks from the card and
you're not getting any interest put on the card.
So you
want to make sure that you are paying
the card off every month. That is the biggest perk because if you're not
gonna you're not really benefiting by getting the point.
My
sister and I are already planning a few trips for next year. And so already got
one flight.
It's
just a connecting flight. We're thinking about going to Jamaica and I want to
go to Bermuda.
So I
will be able to get my flights to those places. They get it to Jamaica to the southwest but I'm not for sure.
Because
this year in May when we went on our birthday trip to St. Croix and was not I
didn't use southwest I use American and I hadn't flown American in like 13
years.
And
that was cool. I really liked American Well. Let's fly from Miami to St. Croix.
I really liked that one because I was able to watch movies and I had the new
movies on there compared to Southwest.
But
usually, when I get on a plane I just go to sleep anyway but you know being able
to watch the movies.
I
really liked it. So right now I mean I have pointed where I could get a
flight or to free right now is just but I am considering getting another either
life for hotels.
So drop
down in the comments and let me know what is a good hotel point credit card. I
really liked the Marriott I love Marriott.
So I am
considering that one but what are some
good hotel point credit cards to where I'm able to get cash back alright now
I'm just focusing on one card with the Chase
Card.
Just
accumulating those. I use the card on all of my expenses except for my student loan, my car, my mortgage and I
think my insurance State Farm those are the only things other than
groceries, and any other expenses that I'm forming my card.
I use
it will be great if I can use it for my mortgage.
It is possible that there is some kind of third-party app or program that
you can use to pay it through the third party and then pay from your credit
card to get but it might be fees associated with it.
I'm not
100% For sure. So I might look into it a little bit more. If you know of a
company that I do want to transition to like hotel points as well.
That
way I can get a whole vacation for free comment me what credit cards
you're using to get also which credit card has the best perks up of the year.
